Senior Health Benefits Analyst Rightclick - 3.9 Wilton, CT Job Details $95,000 a year 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Microsoft Excel Excel data analysis Full Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Health Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and analyze domestic employee health benefits programs while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate is calm, easygoing, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Senior Health Benefits Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee daily operations, vendor management, renewals, and contract negotiations for U.S. medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Manage the Workers' Compensation program for U.S. staff, including workplace safety Support fiduciary responsibilities and administration of the 401(k) and Profit Sharing programs Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA Conduct benchmarking and analyze utilization data to identify trends and propose plan enhancements Lead benefits initiatives, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, and employee wellness programs
Senior Health Benefits Analyst's Qualifications and Skills:
