Our Benefit Specialists play a crucial role in educating our clients' employees. They will assist with presentations, provide in-person customer service, and help individuals understand their employer provided benefits packages. In this role your primary responsibility is to serve as a valuable resource to all clients and their employees. We are looking for candidates who have: 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Services
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry (preferred)
  • A desire to grow within their company, potentially seeking management roles in the future
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Documents, Slides, and related tools
