$40-55/hr (depending on experience) North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a leading global investment management firm seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide temporary coverage for a critical benefits function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional who can quickly step in and support both U.S. and international employee benefits programs in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities Administer and support U.S. and international employee benefits programs Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries Manage benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and related transactions Partner with benefits vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to ensure seamless administration Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation Assist with benefits reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities Support ongoing benefits operations during a team transition period Ensure a positive employee experience through responsive and accurate benefits support Qualifications 3+ years of benefits administration experience Experience supporting international/global benefits programs required Experience working with healthcare and benefits vendors, including UnitedHealthcare (UHC), strongly preferred Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and related processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in financial services, professional services, or other corporate environments is a plus Additional Information Immediate need with a target start date within the next 2 weeks Flexible hybrid work arrangement Opportunity to support a highly regarded global organization during a key transition period This is a temporary contract assignment and is not currently intended to convert to a permanent position
