Job Description

Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) 6+ month contract Key Responsibilities Phone Support Representatives (5 openings) Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries related to compensation, payments, and account updates Accurately intake and document customer inquiries Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service Navigate multiple systems while handling live calls Escalate or route cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Case Analysts (3 openings) Receive and manage cases escalated from the Phone Support team Conduct research and analysis to resolve client inquiries Determine whether cases should be handled internally or routed to appropriate partners Own cases through to resolution and ensure timely completion Occasionally support phone queues as needed Required Skills & Qualifications For All Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal (soft) skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and adaptability Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems Phone Support Specific Strong phone presence and call-handling skills Ability to de-escalate situations when needed Comfortable managing high call volumes Multitasking between systems while on calls Case Analyst Specific Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience handling escalations or complex cases preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) required Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions regarding case routing Preferred Qualifications Background in financial services or related industry Experience with systems such as: Microsoft Dynamics (case management) NICE (phone system) Oracle (commissions/financial data)
