Job Description Summary The Benefits Analyst III assists with the administration of benefit plans and programs by aiding in the administration, analysis, benchmarking, training, implementation, and communication of related benefit plans and programs. - Human Resources Pay Rate Type Salary Pay Grade Health-28 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy. Analyzes current benefits trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation. Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings. May lead and direct the work of lower-level benefits analysts. May provide recommendations of benefit programs to management.
Additional Job Description Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
