Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers? We're seeking a Financial Services Assistant to support a well-established client in West Columbia, SC. The Valuations Processor is responsible for ensuring accurate plan valuations, contribution calculations, investment reconciliations, and compliance-related activities. This position is full-time, direct hire, and pays $50,000/year.
Responsibilities:
Review and update customer and account information for accuracy Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working with internal teams Process account updates and maintain accurate records Track and verify information using company systems and databases Prepare reports and assist with routine calculations Support team members with administrative and operational tasks Research and help resolve account issues in a timely manner Assist with testing new system updates and process improvements Ensure work is completed accurately and meets company standards
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in financial services, retirement plans, accounting, or benefits administration preferred Relius experience is a plus
