Job Description
The Jackson-McLain Agency is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Benefits Specialists. In this role, you will meet with Business Owners and their employees in the area to review available state-regulated benefit programs and help them understand options related to Life and Supplemental Health benefits. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing guidance, and making a meaningful impact in their community. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in a rewarding career with strong income potential. Responsibilities Meet with clients to review available benefit programs and coverage options Educate individuals on programs related to Life, Accident, Cancer, and Critical Illness. Assist clients in selecting plans that best fit their needs Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication Participate in training and team development meetings Provide professional and compassionate service to Businesses and their families.
