Commission-based, uncapped, with ongoing renewal commissions that build long-term income year over year (no base salary) Job Description Signature Benefits is expanding across Middle Tennessee, and we're looking for experienced, licensed benefits consultants ready for something better than a captive carrier contract. You know the trade-off from a single-carrier shop: one product shelf, and pay that hides behind bonus tiers that keep moving. As an independent firm, our consultants aren't limited to one company's products; you bring the right solution, not the only one you're allowed to sell. This is business-to-business consulting on standard weekday, business-hours schedules.Two Paths, One Firm Benefits Consultant:
Build your personal book of business with small and mid-size employers, earning real money on your production from day one.Market Director:
As we expand into new markets, experienced consultants have a genuine path to lead a team, recruit and develop other consultants, and earn overrides on their production in addition to your own. Also hiring a Group Health Insurance Specialist to serve all our markets, ideally based in Knoxville/East TN. This leadership-track role earns on personal production plus referred cases from other offices.
