Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Lead Benefits Specialist to translate current benefit plans into Workday best-practice configuration
  • Participate in configuration review sessions, testing cycles, and issue resolution
  • Monitor compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Section 125 requirements
  • Identify potential compliance risks introduced during system transition
  • Audit converted benefit enrollment data for accuracy
  • Validate dependent, beneficiary, and coverage data
  • Maintain continuity of day-to-day benefits administration during implementation
  • Process life events and eligibility changes
  • Support employee benefit inquiries
  • Document processes and assist with development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
