Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Senior Associate supports the administration, execution, and reporting of compensation, benefits, payroll-related data, and organizational data for Wiwynn's operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll and HR data, supporting visa processes, annual salary adjustments, and compensation reporting while maintaining compliance, data integrity, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa & Immigration Process Support Support visa application and renewal processes in coordination with HR, legal partners, and employees. Prepare and maintain required documentation related to visa and work authorization processes. Track visa status, expiration dates, and required follow-up actions. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations. Payroll & HR Data Operations Support payroll data preparation, validation, and reconciliation activities. Coordinate with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data processing. Support audits and issue resolution related to payroll discrepancies or data errors. Maintain payroll-related records and documentation. Compensation Reporting & Analysis Prepare and support compensation-related reports for internal stakeholders. Assist with data collection and analysis related to compensation programs and trends. Ensure compensation data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports. Annual Salary Adjustment Support Support the annual salary review and adjustment process, including data preparation, validation, and reporting. Coordinate timelines, templates, and supporting documentation with HR and leadership. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the annual compensation cycle. Organizational Data Maintenance Maintain and update organizational data including job structures, reporting relationships, and employee records. Support organizational changes such as transfers, promotions, and role updates. Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reports. Compliance & Process Support Ensure compensation and payroll activities comply with internal policies and applicable labor regulations. Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and compliance reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to compensation and data processes.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in compensation, payroll, HR operations, or related HR functions preferred. Experience supporting salary review processes or compensation reporting strongly preferred. Experience handling confidential data required.
Skills:
Understanding of compensation and payroll processes. Strong data accuracy, analytical, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (HRIS, payroll systems). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment:
Office or hybrid environment supporting corporate and manufacturing operations. Frequent collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS teams.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to participate in meetings and cross-functional discussions.
