PRIMARY PURPOSE
- :•To calculate employee benefit overpayments; and to obtain reimbursements from overpaid disability and worker's compensation cases.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required.
- Experience
- Three (3) years of financial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims management experience preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge
- + Good knowledge of claims management + Technical knowledge of recovery requirements + Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal skills + Excellent negotiation skills + Good judgment and discretion skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies •
