Benefits Analyst

Benefits Analyst Position Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Data & Benefits Analyst to support short-term operational and benefits-related initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, system integration, and benefits validation , ensuring employee coverage remains intact during system updates and data clean-up efforts. Key Responsibilities Perform data scrubbing, cleansing, and validation across multiple systems Analyze data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies Support system integration activities and validate data accuracy post-integration Reconcile employee benefits data to ensure no loss of coverage Partner with internal teams to resolve data and benefits-related issues Maintain accurate documentation of updates and corrections Qualifications Experience with data analytics, data validation, or HR/benefits systems Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency with Excel and data management tools Experience working with multiple systems and data integrations preferred Ability to work in a hybrid environment and meet tight deadlines
