Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to support a high-impact healthcare compensation initiative in Richardson, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will focus on evaluating complex pay practices, consolidating compensation structures created through acquisitions, and helping build a clearer, more scalable model for field-based nursing roles. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, project ownership, and the ability to turn detailed compensation data into practical recommendations that support business decisions.

Senior Compensation Analyst (contract position):
Responsibilities:
  • Lead detailed compensation analysis for field-based nursing roles, identifying pay patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve alignment across legacy compensation models.
  • Design and support a standardized pay framework by reducing numerous earning and compensation codes into a more efficient and manageable structure.
  • Evaluate current compensation data against proposed future-state models to measure financial impact and support informed decision-making.
  • Translate complex pay components into understandable rate structures that can be clearly communicated and applied at the employee level.
  • Partner with stakeholders to help roll out updated compensation programs and ensure changes are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Map revised earning codes into Sage Intacct and support related compensation data setup across systems.
  • Coordinate project activities, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Synthesize information from multiple data sources and present findings in a way that highlights risks, trends, and key discussion points for leadership.
