Job Description
Highlights:
Administers all benefits to new hires and those who qualify under life events, retirement, or termination Ensures that all material for the current plan year is accurate and uploaded into the onboarding module and SharePoint sites Administers FMLA requests and ensures that all required paperwork is given to the employee requesting leave and those who are granted leave Ensures that all bi-weekly and monthly benefit invoices are reconciled and paid to vendors in accordance with the required due date Provides support to the Payroll Team by administering the following Payroll functions: maintaining all employee data, processing all biweekly payroll functions, reconciling payroll general ledgers, creating wire requests, generating reports, coordinating year-end payroll activities, answering all employee inquiries, and troubleshooting employee UKG system issues, all with precision and integrityExperience:
Required 2+ years of experience with compliance and reporting 2+ years in directly supporting products and services 2+ years in accurately processing data entry for employment and/or financial transactions 2+ years in posting and reconciling general ledger activity 2+ years of working within technology data applications (i.e., HRIS systems, payroll/tax software applications, financial services software applications) 2+ years supporting data quality assurance processes Preferred 1+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing 1+ years of experience in benefits administration 1+ years of experience with leave of absence administrationEducation:
Required High School Diploma Preferred Related Certification and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent degree or; Enrolled in an accredited college orUniversity Licenses & Certifications:
Required Ability to obtain a HIPAA Certification within 7-working days of employmentSkills & Knowledge:
