Responsibilities:
Oversee claims management activities of the Third-Party Administration including investigations, reserve adequacy, settlement evaluations and claim resolution strategy Assist field locations in administration of workers compensation claims Perform a variety of risk management administrative functions including data collection, report generation and financial analysis Attend claim reviews and other claim related events Ability to handle complex litigated cases Strong investigative background necessary Coordinate claim activities with other company departments including
Human Resources, Safety, Operations, Accounting and Legal Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years' prior experience in Workers' Compensation Claims Administration ARM (Associate in Risk Management), AIC (Associate in Claims) or other insurance related advanced designation is a plus.
