ROLE SUMMARY
The Commissions Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of commission plans within the organization. This position involves developing and managing comprehensive commission policies, resolving disputes, providing system training and support, and maintaining data integrity. The Analyst will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, communicate effectively, and deliver educational resources to enhance employee understanding of commission-related matters. Develop and manage comprehensive commission policies and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for commission-related matters. Collaborate with teams to implement SPIFF plans and ensure accurate incentive payments. Resolve commission disputes and discrepancies fairly and efficiently. Master commission-related systems and provide employee training. Streamline commission processes and ensure system accuracy. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively. Create educational materials and conduct training sessions. Maintain data accuracy and conduct regular audits. Prepare reports and analyze commission data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with D2D seller payments and manage communications.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 4 years of relevant experience High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel Great communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and creative problem-solvingWHAT WE OFFER
