We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on experience in Dynamics NAV or Business Central who wants to grow into a senior analyst or systems lead role. • Support, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Assist with ERP and CRM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
• Write functional specifications and support testing of system enhancements
• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM users
• Participate in project‑based initiatives (process improvements, integrations, reporting)
• Create user documentation and assist with end‑user training
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, IT)

• 3+ years of experience working with an ERP system (Dynamics NAV or Business Central strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting or working alongside ERP or CRM users

• Comfortable working with business users and translating requirements
• Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable
