Benefits Specialist 📍 Virginia Beach, VA PeopleShare | Hiring for a Healthcare Client What You'll Do Process DME orders accurately and on time Answer insurance/benefit questions for patients & providers Explain out-of-pocket costs to patients Review medical docs for billing accuracy Schedule appointments and support patient needs Stay compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations Schedule Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM start Minimum 36 hours/week
Pay:
$19-$25/hr What We're Looking For 2+ years in DME/HME or similar healthcare role Knowledge of insurance, billing, CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes Strong communication & customer service skills Detail-oriented with solid computer skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
