Experience To succeed as a Claims Specialist - Workers Compensation, you should bring 3-5 years of experience in Workers Compensation claims handling. While this isn't a front-line adjusting role, that background will allow you to manage claims processes effectively and ensure they align with both internal standards and external regulations.
