Capacity Specialist FedEx Freight United States, Wisconsin, Green Bay Jun 18, 2026 POSITION
OVERVIEW
Frontline individual contributor role that interacts with the carriers. Selects carriers to support sales opportunities, providing customer service, solves routine issues, and provides pricing negotiation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Act as primary point of contact for customer service routine inquiries related to carrier activities. Provide day to day support to operational activities such as communication, transactional negotiation with carriers on cost, and ensuring to obtain best cost per transaction. Identifies and escalates unresolved customer issues, continuous improvement, and new service opportunities to leadership. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
