As a Senior Compensation Analyst, your analysis and insights will inform competitive compensation strategies that reward employees, strengthen retention and support Uline's continued growth! Position Responsibilities Design, analyze and manage compensation programs, partnering with teams across the organization to achieve business goals. Process complex compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle. Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance on compensation tools that drive high performance and inform decision-making. Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, recruiters and business managers. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Proficient in Excel. 4+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience.
