Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional eager to build or specialize their career in employee benefits. We welcome applications from professionals looking to leverage their experience from a generalist HR role or another HR related field into a benefits specialization. The successful candidate will be a key player in administering our benefits programs and serving as a trusted resource for our employees. Serve as a primary point of contact for questions regarding benefit eligibility, coverage, and plan details. Play a key role in the annual open enrollment process, from preparing materials to communicating with employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in our benefits system. Assist with the reconciliation of benefits statements and resolve discrepancies. Ensure all benefits administration complies with applicable federal and state regulations. Act as a backup for payroll processing and assist with payroll related inquiries as needed. Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.
