Claims Manager, Workers' Compensation Locations:
Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia or Scottsdale Job Description Duties of this position include: Provide management oversight of our Third Party Administrators' Workers' Compensation claim personnel by monitoring claims on-line using our Third Party Administrator's claims system Review monthly loss runs, trends, reportable claims and/or problematic claims Must be pro-active Provide superior claim services to internal and external claim partners Participate in reviews with insureds, brokers, and Third Party Claim Administrators Interface with Underwriters regarding claim status exposures. Discuss trends and other factors impacting their risks Prepare and present internal management reports for claims with net exposure to Starr Indemnity & Liability Company in excess of $250,000, as required Maintain and/or obtain any state adjuster licenses as directed by management Participate in special projects
Skills Required:
