Bachelor's degree required Active California Life & Health Insurance License required 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, preferably within a consulting or brokerage environment Strong knowledge of group benefits (25+ lives), including medical, pharmacy (Rx), and ancillary products Solid understanding of current employee benefits regulations and compliance standards Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear, actionable insights for clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and virtual (webinars/meetings) Strong client relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing responsibilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues early Collaborative, team-oriented mindset while remaining confident in professional judgment More Than Just a Paycheck.
