The Role:

You have at least 8+ years of workers' Compensation commercial insurance - placement, underwriting, or retail brokerage experience Insurance brokerage, retail, and/or wholesaler experience Heavy market knowledge of Workers' Compensation Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems

Key Functions:

We need you to take charge of our operations, building the placement platform that converts every opportunity. You will be the ultimate team consultant and strong relationship builder for Workers' Compensation. You will create a Workers' Compensation strategy, optimizing market access, resolving complex risks, and preparing training materials for the team. You will work closely with internal production and service teams You'll be the strategic leader, diving into everything from shaping winning comp strategies and securing exclusive market access to cultivating game-changing carrier partnerships. !
