Job Description

Early Learning Ventures has built the infrastructure — a proven technology platform active in 20 states, a pioneering shared services model, and a national childcare provider network. Now we need the leader who scales it nationally. This is an executive role with real teeth, you will own the strategy, the growth, and the outcomes. About ELV Founded in 2009, ELV is a nationally recognized nonprofit that equips childcare providers with Alliance CORE, our licensing-compliant child care management system, and a suite of shared business services that reduce administrative burden, improve quality, and drive financial sustainability. We pioneered the Child Care Shared Services model. It's working. Now we go bigger. The Role You will own ELV's growth.
That means:
Driving national expansion of our business services across new states and markets Growing earned revenue and reducing dependence on philanthropic funding Leading product strategy for Alliance CORE and our technology platform Managing a high-performing team and a disciplined P&L Serving as ELV's primary face to partners, funders, and the sector Working closely with the Board on strategy and governance Who We're Looking For You don't need a nonprofit background.
You need:
A track record of scaling an organization, business unit, or technology platform Genuine tech fluency — you understand SaaS, product, and data-driven decisions Business development experience: pipelines, partnerships, revenue growth Financial accountability — you've owned a P&L or equivalent Strong people leadership at a senior level Real passion for equity, early childhood, and the communities we serve You're a builder. You're energized by travel and national relationship-building. And you believe that access to quality early learning changes lives.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$150,000-$170,000 Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, EAP, bonus potential (30%) and generous paid time off.
