Benefits Manager (Total Rewards & Leave Programs)
Location:
Grand Junction- Salary 100K - 120K Make an Impact Beyond Benefits At Nuclear Care Partners, we support a mission that matters—caring for former Department of Energy workers. We're looking for a Benefits Manager to lead and optimize our Total Rewards programs , ensuring a strong employee experience while maintaining compliance. What You'll Do Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships Ensure compliance with
ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA
Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp) Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll on complex cases Track and analyze benefits and leave data Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk What You Bring 4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems Why Join Us Mission-driven work with real impact Opportunity to improve and modernize programs Collaborative, supportive leadership team Apply today to help build a better employee experience.
