- Position Summary
- The Executive Director, Coordination of Benefits & Recovery Operations is responsible for setting and executing the operational strategy for the functions.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead Coordination of Benefits and Recovery Operations processes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy + Establish organizational policies, goals, and operating standards based on industry best practices.
- Required Qualifications
- + 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale operations, including management of both direct and indirect FTEs.
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience.
- Pay Range
- The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.
