Overview:
Orrick's Compensation & Benefits practice is seeking a compensation and benefits associate with at least five years of experience focused on tax qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. Other compensation and benefits experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates must have strong relevant experience, be highly motivated and possess strong oral and written communication, logical reasoning, research, and organizational skills. Our Compensation & Benefits group advises clients on a wide range of compensation and benefits matters impacting both public companies and innovative high-growth businesses and their investors. We are recognized for our single-point-of-contact approach, proactive counsel, and seamless collaboration with client teams.Qualifications:
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required. How toApply:
