Our downtown Miami hotel is next to one of the trendiest neighborhoods, known as Brickell. Our iconic towers overlook the Miami River and our ideal downtown location puts you steps from the Miami Riverwalk, and Bayfront Park, and is close to the port of Miami and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). For the day of shopping, our hotel is near Brickell City Center. Or, explore Little Havana and tour the Frost Museum of Science. The Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing events. Primary sales efforts are in Banquet Food and Beverage and include menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. Duties also include, but are not limited to, contract review and facilitating communication before, during, and post-event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. The Event Sales Manager also hosts hotel tours, maintains strong customer relationships, participates and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the sales and events staff. The manager also works closely with Administrative Assistants and other support staff.
