Job Description

We are

URGENTLY

seeking an experienced Diesel Service Manager to lead our heavy-duty diesel truck service department. Located in the Ocala, FL area Up to 95k + Bonus. M-F. Full Time, Full Benefits, Great PTO. If you know the industry, can motivate a team, and understand how to run a productive, profitable shop, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily service department operations Manage, coach, and develop technicians and service staff Drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Oversee repairs, workflow, quality, and turnaround times Monitor KPIs, labor sales, warranty, and comebacks Work with customers, fleets, Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

Heavy-duty diesel, truck, fleet, or dealership service management experience Strong knowledge of diesel systems and heavy-duty repairs Proven leadership and customer service skills Understanding of shop KPIs, labor sales, and profitability OEM dealership and ASE experience a plus
