- The Incentive Compensation Data Consulting and Testing Manager serves as a strategic internal consultant and trusted advisor to Incentive Plan Designers, HR, Technology, and senior business leaders.

- 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields. 3. Proven management experience leading a team. 4. Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 1. 10+ Years of experience in incentive compensation 2. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative or advisory capacity
