Do you like to dig into the data and put together an unbeatable proposal? We have the position for you! Cottingham & Butler is looking for an Employee Benefits Insurance Marketer. This is not a marketing position in the classical sense- our marketers negotiate with insurance companies to get competitive pricing for our clients. You will build strong relationships with the insurance companies which will enable you to craft the best deals for your clients. The other part of your position will be to conduct reviews of our prospective clients' current policies. You will dig into their existing coverages to identify the gaps created by their existing broker. It is a great opportunity for Cottingham & Butler (and YOU!) to demonstrate the capabilities and talent of our team - we aren't just telling them that we are the best, we are actually showing them! There are many situations where we are able to give the company more coverage and save them money at the same time. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree and a strong desire to put together winning deals. No insurance experience necessary - we hire people for the qualities that can't be taught (driven, strong work ethic, self-starter, hardworking, and energetic) and commit to training them on the rest.
