Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Regional Director is supervised by the Regional Director. The Associate Regional Director shows leadership by demonstrating the ability to balance important initiatives as well as urgent issues in a work environment where she/he will be called upon to make decisions that may be necessary to move the organization forward. Consequently, the Associate Regional Director must possess and use a variety of individual skills including: leadership, teamwork, arbitration, organization, prioritization, coaching, analytical thinking, encouragement, tolerance and fortitude; all the while respecting the rights and dignity of staff and people we serve and keeping them involved in the process of developing quality, customer-centered services.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE A
bachelor's degree and one (1) year of management experience in a human services related field preferred, or an equivalent of ten (10) or more years of experience in the human service field. Must have the ability to analyze and use data. Knowledge of management information systems is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must demonstrate behavior that is consistent with Optimae LifeServices' Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Support company initiatives and standards set by the CEO, President, Optimae LifeServices Board of Directors, and the Core Team, and facilitate coordination and compliance with company policies and procedures by all local programs. This is achieved by assuring that decisions regarding daily operations are made in a manner consistent with Optimae vision, mission, core values and policies. No silos. Support administrators by evaluating and identifying needs, and linking with available and appropriate resources. Build commitment to Optimae LifeServices' Vision, Mission, Core Values, and initiatives. Other duties as required. See attached Addendum specific for the region.
