Job Description
We're Hiring! Shelter & Housing Services Manager Martin's House & Barn is seeking an experienced and compassionate Shelter & Housing Services Manager to lead our shelter, housing, and supportive services programs in Ridgely, Maryland. This role is responsible for overseeing shelter operations, supervising shelter and case management staff, coordinating housing-focused services, including Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), and Housing Search Services, and helping create a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed environment for guests and staff alike. We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to dignity, accountability, and compassionate service.
