Position Overview The Global Compensation Director is a key leader within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, responsible for providing leadership and management for compensation programs and processes including equity, proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis disclosure, Board and executive deferred compensation, project management, compensation program design, and providing regional leadership for total rewards for Latin America. Key Responsibilities Executive Compensation- Serve as a key advisor on executive compensation strategy, including pay-for-performance alignment, benchmarking, and design of incentive programs
- Partner with the VP, Total Rewards to develop materials and recommendations for executive leadership and the Compensation Committee
- Lead the proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) process, ensuring clear, accurate, and compelling disclosure
- Provide oversight of equity compensation programs, ensuring effective governance, compliance, administration, and alignment with company objectives
- Oversee executive and Board of Directors deferred compensation programs Global Compensation
- Lead global compensation program modifications and redesign
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable compensation practices globally
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and public company standards
- Drive standardization while enabling appropriate regional flexibility
- Lead compensation program redesign projects Project Leadership & Transformation
- Lead and deliver key compensation projects, including policy updates, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to modernize compensation practices, tools, and operating models
- Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and pay decisions Analytics, Technology & Insights
- Leverage compensation systems (e.g., Workday) and market data tools to drive efficiency and insight
- Develop and deliver data-driven analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisions
- Enhance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level insights related to compensation programs Regional Leadership - Latin America
- Lead compensation strategy and execution for Latin America, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with global frameworks
- Manage country-specific compensation reviews, including inflation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments
- Partner with global benefits and regional HR to deliver integrated Total Rewards solutions Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global, executive and sales compensation
- Experience supporting a publicly traded company, including proxy disclosure
- Experience in compensation program design, including sales compensation, short- and long-term incentive plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience, including managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- MBA or Master's degree, Human Resources or related field
- Experience leading compensation transformation or modernization initiatives
