$65,000 per year

Full-Time | Exempt Join a Company Where People Matter Crown Linen Service, Inc. is a family-owned and operated commercial laundry and linen service serving healthcare, hospitality, and industrial customers throughout New England. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Benefits and Administrative Manager to support employee benefits, payroll, compliance, and administrative operations. What You'll Do Coordinate annual Open Enrollment and employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. Assist employees with benefit questions, COBRA, leave of absence benefit continuation, and carrier issues. Support weekly payroll processing and serve as payroll backup when needed. Coordinate 401(k) administration, audits, and weekly contribution processing. Assist with ACA, HIRD, CMS, Rx Data Collection, and other compliance reporting. Manage office administration, supplies, equipment repairs, and employee recognition activities. Support executive leadership with special administrative projects. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, HR, finance, or office administration. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems. Experience with employee benefits, payroll, and compliance reporting preferred. Union or multi-location employer experience is a plus. Why Join Crown?
