This pivotal role involves managing and administering comprehensive employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and related HR systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of benefits administration, and proficiency in various HRIS platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to employee satisfaction and organizational success through effective rewards management. Duties Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and workers' compensation, ensuring accurate enrollment and ongoing management. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or UltiPro to maintain employee data, process transactions, and generate regulatory reports. Manage payroll processes in collaboration with payroll providers like ADP, Paylocity, or Ceridian to ensure timely and accurate compensation delivery. Oversee compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and Medicare requirements. Coordinate employee orientation sessions related to benefits offerings, company policies, and HR procedures. Conduct data collection and analysis to support benefits benchmarking, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries regarding benefits, contracts, employee evaluations, and HR policies. Support training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee understanding of total rewards programs. Assist with regulatory reporting requirements related to benefits administration and compliance. Experience Minimum of three years of experience in human resources or total rewards functions with a focus on benefits administration or compensation coordination. Proven expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, OracleHCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or Lawson. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, HIPAA, Medicare policies, and workers' compensation procedures. Experience working with payroll systems like ADP, Paylocity, or Ceridian is highly desirable. Demonstrated data analysis skills for reporting purposes using tools such as Salesforce or other ERP systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide clear guidance to employees at all levels. Familiarity with contracts management and employee evaluation processes within a human resources context. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining compliance standards.
