MDS Director

We're seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) in the Albany area to join a stable, well-run skilled nursing facility where your leadership will directly impact quality outcomes and reimbursement.

What You'll Do:

Lead the MDS process from assessment through care planning Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations Drive quality measures and reimbursement optimization Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Mentor and support staff on MDS best practices

What You Bring:
