Join our team and help shape programs that truly change lives. What You'll Do You'll guide and mentor a talented team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists, ensuring that every person we support has access to high‑quality, functional skill development. You'll design and oversee Behavior Support Plans, lead agency-wide training, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen our programs and outcomes.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading behavioral support services across all programs Coaching and developing clinical staff Overseeing FBAs and other assessment tools Ensuring consistent, compliant implementation of support plans Partnering with internal teams, families, and community partners Ensuring alignment with OPWDD regulatory standards Qualifications What We Seek...
