Overview The Director, Benefit Advisory is responsible for client relationship oversight, strategy, and revenue growth and retention. How you'll make an impact Develop and maintain existing client relationships, serving as business advisor Evaluate client current state and identify potential solutions in line with client engagement Establish relationships with client decision makers Responsible for client satisfaction, revenue retention and growth Provide guidance to both clients and internal teams on performance management Utilize industry experience to identify key business challenges and recommend potential solutions Work with client and internal team to establish savings targets and goals Evaluate client data for purposes of directing recommended solutions Scrutinize supplier contracts to reduce client risk Interact and correspond with prospective clients Monitor client onboarding and supplier implementations Present solutions to clients via in-person meetings, web meetings or phone Maintain and update internal systems Create a team-based environment that reinforces Risk International s values of intelligence, integrity, consistency, energy, advocacy, service, and respect
About You Required:
Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required. Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends. Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
Preferred:
