Job Description

The Program Manager, Compensation is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading compensation strategies and programs that align with the Main Line Health business objectives and talent goals. This role ensures driven and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, process standardization, and strategic guidance to HR and business leaders. This role also leads the execution of annual compensation cycles while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, employee experience and process improvement initiatives. Develop and Grow Your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on your Full-Time status. Get Involved! Program Manager, Compensation Shift:
Full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Onsite days are Tuesdays & Thursdays (Radnor, PA).Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in compensation experience required. Healthcare compensation experience preferredEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.Licensures/Certifications:
