Benefits Administrator π West Chester, PA (On-site, with occasional local travel) π² $70,000 - $75,000 + Benefits About the Role A growing, family-owned company is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join the HR team. This position is responsible for managing benefit programs, analyzing insurance claims, and supporting wellness initiatives. The role is 100% on-site in West Chester, PA, with occasional travel to PA, NJ, and DE. What You'll Do Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs Audit insurance claims, invoices, and payroll contributions Manage HRIS/benefits systems and compliance reporting Serve as employee point of contact for benefits questions Lead wellness program initiatives and communications Conduct in-person benefits presentations for employees Partner with HR leadership, brokers, and vendors during Open Enrollment What We're Looking For 3+ years of benefits administration experience Experience with self-funded plans preferred Strong Excel and HRIS reporting skills Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and related compliance Excellent communication and presentation skills Why Join Us?
