Account Manager, Employee Benefits Swift Kennedy | Client-Focused. Growth-Oriented. People-First. What You'll Do As the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of employee benefits clients, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for employer groups Manage and support group benefit programs including: Medical Dental Vision Life & Disability Voluntary and ancillary benefits Lead annual renewal strategy including: Marketing and carrier negotiations Renewal analysis Client presentations and recommendations Review plan designs, funding arrangements, and carrier proposals with clients Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery Analyze claims and utilization data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities Conduct quarterly and annual stewardship meetings with reporting and strategic insights Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations Assist with employee enrollment meetings and benefits education initiatives Resolve billing and eligibility issues in partnership with carriers and internal departments Help clients navigate an increasingly complex healthcare and benefits landscape with confidence What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in employee benefits account management or group insurance Strong knowledge of: Group medical Dental Vision Life & disability Ancillary products Understanding of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related compliance requirements Active Health & Life insurance license Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with self-funded and level-funded plans a plus Experience presenting to executive leadership teams is highly valued Why Join Swift Kennedy?
