Direct, coach, and evaluate Compensation Consultants while managing workload distribution and performance.
Compensation Operations & Governance:
Oversee daily compensation administration to ensure policy compliance, accuracy, and program consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation:
Act as a trusted advisor, partner with peer leadership, and resolve complex or escalated compensation matters.
Job Classification & Market Alignment:
Review and approve job classifications to maintain market alignment, internal equity, and institutional standards.
Process Improvement & Strategy:
Leverage operational metrics to optimize workflows, represent the function in broader HR initiatives, and back up the Director as needed.
