The Director, Digital Quality & Analytics will report into the Sr. Director Governance & Quality Excellence and will drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making across the Quality and Regulatory Affairs function. This role will serve as a change champion, partnering cross functional stakeholders to transform how quality data is leveraged- from reactive to proactive, predictive insights. This leader will also play a critical role in executive and Board-level reporting, ensuring quality and regulatory performance is translated into clear, actionable insights that support enterprise risk management, compliance, and strategic decision making. This is a hybrid role, and the selected candidate must be near-site to one of Quest Diagnostics hub locations. Preferred locations are Wood Dale, IL or Schaumburg, IL.
Pay Range:
$150,000-$220,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan.
