Are you a driven sales professional ready to advance your career in the Property & Casualty insurance world? Our client, a respected player in the insurance industry, is seeking a motivated Commercial Producer to grow their portfolio and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth with a focus on small commercial insurance including Professional Liability, BOPs, Cyber, and Workers' Compensation.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities and cross-sell effectively.
  • Collaborate with carriers like Hartford, Handover, CNA, Chubb, and Travelers to craft the best insurance solutions for clients.
  • Manage renewals that contribute to your base compensation and increase your earning potential.
Requirements:
  • A blend of sales hunger and insurance knowledge — experience in underwriting with sales/marketing or pure sales backgrounds welcomed.
  • 3+yrs as an Insurance Producer
  • P&C License required.
  • Familiarity with relevant carriers and coverages is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
