Full Job Description What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Product Manager 2 to join our Defined Benefits Pension Plans team. In this role, you'll work with the product team to deliver valuable solutions for lower complexity products. You will support strategy execution, manage the product backlog, and collaborate across disciplines to achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy :

Responsible for achieving the strategy as part of a product team(s)

Product Discovery:

Define business outcomes and requirements, find opportunities, and lead the team in ideating and running experiments. Prioritize work based on insights.

Product Delivery:

Ensure successful product delivery in collaboration with technology and business partners. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and frequently release valuable product updates. Act as the product owner in SCRUM teams, leading story creation, prioritization, and acceptance.

Product Assessment:

Work with other Product Managers and leader to monitor progress towards product goals, assess product health, and make vital adjustments to meet outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Share priorities, experiment results, and progress with business partners. Contribute to product management practices and continuous improvement. Who You Are:

4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. Prior experience in a product environment and as a Product Manager. Experience with strategic thinking and decision making. Experience with handling multiple workloads and/or contending priorities. Experience with stakeholder and relationship management. Demonstrated experience leading, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment. Proven experience applying diverse perspectives and using data to inform action. 2+ year working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and partners Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience with Defined Benefit pension plans, especially regarding participant benefits and plan operations

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Time Off Program:

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors. Hours This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:00am CST a few days a week.
