Position Overview:
We welcome applicants nationwide. Work 100% remotely or choose a hybrid schedule if you are local. The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, short-term incentives (STI), long-term incentives (LTI), and equity grants. This role also administers the company's stock plans, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and alignment with shareholder interests. Here's more of what you'll get to do: Broad-Based Compensation Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic compensation consultation on hiring offers, promotions, organizational changes, retention strategies, and pay decisions. Conduct market pricing analyses, benchmarking, and internal equity reviews to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, compensation frameworks, and job architecture methodologies. Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and practices that support attraction, retention, and employee engagement. Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including pay transparency and pay equity requirements. Support compensation-related audits, reporting, and documentation efforts. Executive Compensation Partner with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, and Legal to support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives (STI), long-term incentives (LTI), and executive perquisites. Prepare analyses, models, and materials for executive leadership and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Assist with executive compensation disclosures, including proxy statement/CD&A preparation and related SEC filings. Develop and maintain pay-for-performance analyses and executive compensation benchmarking. Monitor market trends, governance practices, and regulatory developments related to executive compensation and shareholder engagement. Equity & Stock Plan Administration Oversee the day-to-day administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSAs, PSAs, and related transactions. Manage the equity grant process, including approvals, vesting, exercises, releases, and terminations. Serve as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and external stock plan administrators/brokerage providers. Ensure accurate grant tracking, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with SEC, IRS, tax, and accounting requirements. Partner with Payroll and Finance to support equity-related taxation, withholding, and financial reporting activities. Manage employee communications, education, and support related to equity compensation programs. Identify opportunities to improve equity administration processes, controls, and employee experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Accounting teams to align compensation programs with organizational goals and business strategy. Build strong relationships with business leaders and provide consultative support on compensation-related matters. Lead or participate in compensation and Total Rewards projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and executive compensation information.What we require:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required. CCP, CEP, or related certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including executive compensation and equity administration experience within a publicly traded company. Strong understanding of executive compensation practices, proxy disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and corporate governance principles. Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials and executive compensation analyses preferred. Knowledge of equity compensation administration, including tax and accounting implications. Technical & Professional Skills Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and provide actionable recommendations. Proficiency with equity administration platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Computershare, E•TRADE) and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors. Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence decision-making. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.What we offer:
