Your Impact:
Provide strategic and operational leadership over health & welfare, retirement, and compensation programs Design, administer, and govern robust benefits across multiple states and operating companies Translate complex regulations into clear, employee-friendly guidance Partner seamlessly with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors Lead M&A benefits integration and scale processes as the business expands
What You Bring:
10+ years of senior-level experience in Benefits & Compensation (benefits expertise is critical) Deep ERISA, compliance, and multi-state/multi-unit knowledge Hands-on experience with major HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, etc.) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); CBP or similar certification preferred Strong Excel/Office Suite skills, exceptional communication, and a collaborative, empathetic approach This hybrid role in Irving, TX offers a competitive salary, an outstanding benefits package, and the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic environment.
